Reservation Terms

Reservation Terms:

• In case you have made a reservation and are unable to attend on the day of the experience, you must notify us via email at rrpp@gfvictoria.com at least 48 hours before the day of the experience, and we will offer you a new reservation date. No refunds are allowed.
• Bringing food and beverages from outside is prohibited, and the hotel reserves the right of admission.
• You have free parking available, subject to the hotel’s availability and upon confirmation on the same day of the experience by calling 922 98 71 84.
• Remember to bring your purchase receipt either on your mobile or printed.
• All prices include IGIC (local tax).
